About this Cook
My name is Emily. I'm 19 years old and I absolutely love to cook and sometimes I can't believe I cooked whatever it is that we are eating! I have recently gotten engaged and I am so happy to be marrying the man of my dreams. I can't wait to cook every day in my own home and I'm here to find recipes that don't eat up our budget!
My favorite things to cook
I love, love, love (!!!!) anything that is sweet. However, I'm a big fan of pasta. I don't mind how things look as opposed to how they taste. If they are icky then I don't want them!
My cooking triumphs
Anything chicken but especially the Cajun Chicken Club salad (which is amazing) with turkey bacon!

Easy and Fast Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad
This was amazing. Point blank. I made a huge batch of it for a family dinner with my husband's family. I used turkey bacon on the salad (no red meat for me..) it went along great with homemade onion rings and squash/zucchini and pasta. We followed up the completely filling meal with the Strawberry Jell-o pie. Perfection on a plate in salad form :) Thanks for sharing this with us all!

Pasta e Fagioli a la Chez Ivano
This was an amazing recipe and a fantastic product. Thank you so much for sharing this with us all! I normally do not alter recipes on the first try and experiment on the second time around, but I cannot eat red meat so I had to do some tinkering with Ground Turkey and Chicken stock. It was still great and a lot leaner. Also I couldn't find the ditalini pasta and I used campanelle pasta which was a beautiful substitute. Amazing!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I just made these...I like them- alot :) I used butter just like it calls for in the recipe because I didn't have any oil! The recipe yielded 10 1/2 good sized muffins. So all in all a great recipe and a good breakfast. Hats off to you. God Bless
