Widdowed, i live alone with my dog in a beautiful mountain setting. work at a country club in the office. have done some catering and cooking for our local search and rescue unit. Anything! anytime! i bake each friday to take to the folks at work. my favorite is a traditional thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings inclulding my grandmother's cornbread stuffing. organizing, ordering and cooking 3 meals a day for 3 days for 450 people in a camp setting with only about 5 people to help with the actual cooking. dumping an entire pan of unbaked chocolate cheesecake muffins upside down in the hot oven
