I am a 46 year old married woman who has owned and operated a deli as well as working in the food service industry for 30 years. I love to fry in cast iron skillets. My favorite things to cook are soups and slow cooking chicken and roasts. I love to bake chocolate cakes and cheesecakes from scratch. My Grandma Bender was an excellent fry cook, I still use many of her recipes. My homemade cheesecakes and my soups are awesome. I also make baby back ribs that everyone devours. Recently, homemade blueberry muffins...storebought tastes better!!
