Spanish Flan
My first try at flan 15 years ago was such a failure that I haven't attempted it again until now. This came out perfect and was pretty easy. I did warm the pan so that the caramel did not harden immediately. Wish I had known that trick before! Thanks for a great recipe.

Garlic Chicken
This was great!! We used chicken breasts, but cut them in half. All seven children loved it. Only complaint - should have made more!

General Tsao's Chicken
I was pretty impressed with this recipe. It did look just like, or even better than, the restaurant version. I did leave out the MSG and used half as much cornstarch as other reviewers suggested. All of my children loved it. The few leftovers lost a bit of their pizazz when reheated.
