this dish was okay... would have been better if the onions were sauteed before being added to the mixture. even after 40 minutes in the oven, they were still raw and crunchy and overpowered the dish.

This was my first attempt at stuffed peppers and they were excellent. I used 93% lean HB and added an extra 1/2 pound of ground turkey breast, which was just enough meat for very full peppers. I found that one can of tomato soup was enough. Very good dish; hubby loved them too! (Served with green salad and fresh sweet corn.)
