as many times as I have made apple crisp one time EVERYTHING landed on the floor as I tried to put it together. needless to say I had to go back to the store for more apples.....

Creamed Eggs on Toast
I like it best when you pan fry a pound of bacon and take out some of the grease then make the gravy in the skillet. Finish by topping with the crumbled bacon and yellows. We called it "Sunshine Eggs".

BLT Pasta Salad
I have made a pasta salad similar to this only didn't use onion and added fresh basil torn into small pieces and about 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese. gives an Italian twist that was received well.

Creamy Chicken Rice and Veggie Bake
I like the way the chicken is broiled then placed on top the rice. we did not care for the end result of the rice.
