Hi All you Cooks Out There! I love to cook and try new recipes. I collect cookbooks and try new things all the time. I am always asked to make some of my special dishes and I hope I can share your secret ones too. Bread, Cookies, Soups, Cakes, Just about anything Italian is my back ground and I learned to cook by watching my Mom and she was a great Italian cook, my friends would ask her to help teach them to cook too My Italian spagetti sauce, eggplant sandwiches, my desserts are really requests, and these are just a few I do have a problem with rolling out doughs, My 3 worst experiences: Making ravioli dough and rolling them out, crust for apple pie and my absolute worst, Hungarian pastry cookies,all of these needless to say, got tossed.
