Maple Salmon
Excellent! I wonder how much better the salmon would have been if I marinated it longer. I was afraid that this would have been too sweet but I found that I couldn't get enough of the sauce :)

Crispy Chicken Wontons
This is my first time cooking w/wonton wrappers, they were good! Fairly simple to make, but wrapping the wontons was a little tedious. I didn't use water chestnuts or carrots. Instead I used garlic scallions and leeks in the mix since that's what I had. I used a food processor to mince the chicken and that worked great.

Sweet and Sour Sauce I
I served this with some baked ginger chicken wontons. I was afraid it might be too sweet but it was a perfect mix of sweet & sour. Love this!
