I am a mother of 2, a 16 year old girl and a 13 year old boy. I just finished school to become a Medical Assistant. I love all 3 of my dogs. I have 2 amstaffs and 1 chaweenie. They are my salvation most days. I love to bake everything I can find a recipie for. I would love to be able to go to school for pastry chef one of these days, not to get a job just to be able to decorate my wonderful cakes that I make. The only thing traditional about our cooking happens on thanksgiving, the rest of the year it's all about what's new. Getting my children to not only try spinach but actually like it. My pork chops always come out dry. I love moist juicy pork chopsbut they always seem to elude me.
