I'm a young mother of two, who used to hate to cook. I'm getting better... via my husbands compliments... so I'm beginning to like it more. I'm pasta crazy and hubby likes casseroles. I dont really have any, but hubby's mom makes the best spaghetti sauce... I'd love to be able to pass something like that on to my kids. Everyone loves what my mom calls pasta primavera and hubby likes my tuna noodle casserole. Meatloaf... enough said. Oh and i have trouble making chocolate chip cookies... only made one batch that didnt turn out like cake... so am anxious about trying again.
