I made this for dinner tonight. My 11yr old son said that it was super good. I rarely make anything exactly as the recipe is written. In making this recipe I made the following changes. I used 3 tbs oil and 1 tbs butter, abt 3/4 tsp salt, and added abt 1/4 tsp thyme. I rubbed a small amt of brown sugar on each fillet (on one side)b/4 pouring the marinade over it in a glass baking dish,placed a slice of lemon on each fillet, covered with foil, refrigerated for 1 hour and then baked. Yummy!
