Airport Bob's Green Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
These were delicious!! My whole family loved them. I used fresh green beans and actually steamed them with a steamer pot instead of boiling in water and they turned out perfect. Thanks for the great recipe!

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
This was very tasty. Next time I make it I plan on adding mushrooms to the sauce. I think it would be a good addition. I used fresh oregano (as I have it in the back yard) instead of dry. I think it's better that way, and added a little more tomatoes. Very good recipe!

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
This is really good with the modifications that other reviewers have left. Used half wheat flower and half white. Added 1/4 cup milk more and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Added teaspoon of vanilla and coated chips in flower to help not sink. With all that they taste quite nice!!

Chicken Salad Spread

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
Pretty much just your original chicken salad. Always good though!! Used fresh cooked seasoned chicken, omitted the celery (didn't have any) and added mustard for extra flavor. Next time I might add some boiled egg. I think that would go well.

Chicken Milano

This was delicious!! I doubled the sauce as suggested and thickened it a bit with a cornstarch water mix. I also added a bit of parmesan cheese to the sauce, and cut the chicken in strips before i sauteed it. Yum, came out perfect!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

OMG...this is soooooooooo good! We absolutely loved it. Didnt change a thing except for I didn't put the fried chicken in the sauce to cook for 10 minutes. I dont see the reasoning of frying it and then soaking it in the sauce to make it soggy. Plus the leftovers probably would have not been good like that. GREAT recipe though!

Broiled Vegetable Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
I would suggest if you like your peppers and onions more done to saute them a little first and then do the broiling. Once the cheese is melted the veggies are still pretty raw. I don't mind them too much this way and the sandwich was really delicious...just prefer them a little more cooked. I also added a little fresh parsley and salt and pepper. Used a hoagie roll b/c plain white bread just seemed a little plain. Can't wait to try again!

Mmm Mmm...delicious!! Changed a few things though to make it perfect. Used rice vinegar instead of red wine and more sugar. Thats pretty much all the changes that it needs. Very good!

Basil Chicken and Pasta

This was delicious!!!! Of course though there wasn't enough sauce which seems to happen to me a lot when making sauce dishes. Maybe we just like more sauce than most...i don't know! Anyway...I did as another reviewer did and added some lemom pepper. I also used fresh basil instead of dry. So for all you sauce lovers out there...double it ;)

Asian Lettuce Wraps

These were really yummy!! The only thing is I wish that there would have more sauce or a dipping sauce. Doubling the sauce would have been perfect. The taste was so good though, I had to give 5 stars!!

Asian Fire Meat

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
Very very good! I did make some changes due to the other comments. I cut down on the soy sauce b/c someone said it was to salty. I am dissapointed I did that b/c I felt it needed more salt and ended up adding some to my plate. Also I added like 2 teaspoons more of brown sugar and wished I would have added even more. Lastly I added like another teaspoon of red pepper flakes which gave it the perfect hottness. I served it with jasmine rice. This was a wonderful dish and hubby liked it a lot to, which I LOOOOVE the praise when a great meal is put on the table...which this was!!

Chocolate Wave Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
We loved this! A good way to get extra veggies in my family! My husband said yuck when I told him I had made chocolate zucchini bread but I made him try it and he loved it. He told me to put extra slices in his lunch for the next day so he could let some other people try it! Too funny! Thanks for the great recipe!

These were very good! Always skeptical of trying recipes that haven't been reviewed yet...but this one I couldn't pass up, since I have a load of zucchinis from my garden! The cheese sauce is very creamy and I would have never thought of making it that way! Thanks for the great recipe Annabelle!!!!!!
