Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

These were really good! Mine did overcook for some reason, but I like mine pretty crisp. These were a little soggy, but the flavor was great! Next time I'll just cook them less and they will be perfect!

Raspberry Lemon Muffins

These were pretty good...I wouldnt call them the greatest muffin ever. My daughter didn't really care for them, but had fun making them with me. I'll make again but change a few things.

Sweet and Spicy Pork and Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry with Spicy Noodles

This woulda been perfect with a little less sesame oil. A little too much for me. I did use spicy chili sauce (we love spice) and I also used whole wheat spaghetti (all I had).

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

This was alright. I would have liked some heat, maybe some red pepper flakes or something. I did mine with whole wheat pasta. This just didn't live up to all the reviews.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

Very good! The balsamic was perfect with the tomatoes and sauteed onions! Next time I will use fresh basil though...I think it would make the recipe even more delicious!

Dijon Tartar Sauce

A little too sweet with the sweet relish AND the sugar. I'd either use dill relish or cut the sugar next time. It was still pretty good though...nice change to the normal tartar.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Id give this more stars if I could! This was amazing! Super easy and super good! Great recipe! I marinated mine in the honey mustard sauce for about 2 hours but I really don't know if it made a difference. I think it would be good either way! Thanks for the great recipe!

Schlotsky's Bread

Sooooo close it hurts! Anyway...it does need a little seasoning. Maybe just some more salt would do the trick. I think adding sliced black olives with cheddar and broiling it to melt over the olives gets a lot more of the Schlotskys bread flavor since that's what they do. It was very good though and satisfied my craving since we don't have one near us anymore. Anyway great recipe!

Thai Grilled Beef Salad

This was SOOOO GOOD! I might cut back on the sesame oil a little next time, but just for my taste preference. I did add a little sugar to the dressing as I like my Asian food pretty sweet. I served this over some chopped iceberg lettuce to make it more of a salad and served a side of white rice as well. I highly recommend this recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon

TO DIE FOR!!! First attempt at homemade cinnamon rolls and these were a huge success! Didn't use the bread machine...just did it by hand and my family loved them...super recipe!

Simple Caramel Apple Pork Chops

These were very good. I tripled the sauce (but not the apples) with only 3 chops and barely had enough sauce. At least triple the sauce if not quadruple. But overall...delicious!

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing

I've been on a cucumber kick lately and these were VERY GOOD! A little to sour for hubby and little one...but I thought they were perfect...great recipe! I also recommend marinating for a couple hours before serving.

Fried Okra

This is very good with a few changes in my opinion. I did 1/2 flour 1/2 cornmeal. Added a little milk to the egg and a tablespoon of honey as well. I also did a little extra s&p and added some creole seasoning. Turned out great! Great base recipe though!
