About this Cook
I have 2 little kiddos, 9 & 4, and married to a wonderful guy! I stay at home with my kids, so I have all the time in the world to cook for my family, which I love! I also do a lot of baking for 8 hungry guys that work with my husband, who's request's never stop coming :)
My favorite things to cook
Panini's! I know it's simple but they are my favorite food! Next in line is eggs and quesadillas...
My favorite family cooking traditions
There was really none...I don't think anyone in my family is as interested in cooking as I am...not saying that they didn't cook well. Thanksgiving and Christmas has always been delicious so I give them that!! I plan on making some real cooking traditions of my own though!
My cooking triumphs
Anytime I can cook a meal and get my husband to say, "man, this is better than my moms!"

Pot Roast with Vegetables
Delicious! I converted this to a crockpot. I seared the beef in bacon grease then put in a slow cooker and topped with everything else, and just omitted the corn starch step. Used sweet potatoes in place of white. LOVE IT!!

Best of Both Worlds Roast Chicken

Beef or Chicken Marinade
Considering I only had about 2 hours to marinate this is had great flavor! Since I eat Paleo I subbed out the soy sauce for coconut aminos and switched vegetable oil with olive oil. Can't wait to try this when I have time to marinade over night!
