About this Cook
I have 2 little kiddos, 9 & 4, and married to a wonderful guy! I stay at home with my kids, so I have all the time in the world to cook for my family, which I love! I also do a lot of baking for 8 hungry guys that work with my husband, who's request's never stop coming :)
My favorite things to cook
Panini's! I know it's simple but they are my favorite food! Next in line is eggs and quesadillas...
My favorite family cooking traditions
There was really none...I don't think anyone in my family is as interested in cooking as I am...not saying that they didn't cook well. Thanksgiving and Christmas has always been delicious so I give them that!! I plan on making some real cooking traditions of my own though!
My cooking triumphs
Anytime I can cook a meal and get my husband to say, "man, this is better than my moms!"
My cooking tragedies
I suck at cooking whole chickens...

Southwest Chicken Taco Salad
I made this Paleo style, so no cheese and no tostada shells :) Also made my own Paleo friendly ranch. My husband could not stop raving about the chicken rub! He said he could eat it everyday! Thank you so much for sharing a fantastic salad recipe!

Spence's Secret Thai Red Shrimp Curry
This was good! I halved the recipe and served this over cauliflower rice. Oh and I added broccoli :)

Fat Free Balsamic Marinade
This was ok. I think it needed something, maybe a Tbs. of raw honey would have done the trick. I used this on veggie kabobs and only marinated about 1 hour.
