Tasty combination. Like other suggested, no need to layer the vegetables. It does tend to have a lot of extra water after it is cooked, which I am not a fan of.

Japanese Chicken Wings

the sauce tasted good, very similar to Teriyaki sauce. I followed other reviewers suggestion to bake the wings instead of frying. But I think that the time they recommended was WAY too long. My wings turned out dried. I would only bake it for 35 mins at 375 and then baste sauce and bake for another 25 mins.

Smells like Filipino Adobo as it was simmering in the pot. Taste great too. It needed Whole Peppercorns in there to make it more authentic

Slovak Stuffed Cabbage

Taste just like the sarma from Northern Minnesota! I think the sarmas could be cooked longer, because the cabbage didn't seem to be as soft as it should be! But all in all! Excellent!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Good Marinara sauce. But i added 2 cloves of garlic, 1 stalk of celery & saute the onions, garlic & celery with olive oil in pot first to bring out the flavors. I also added sugar, bay leaves & Italian Seasoning after the tomatoes. And i substituted red wine instead of white (U usually use red wine for red sauce). Cooked it for an hour. It turned out great!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

I can't believe as simple as this recipe was, it taste like a gourmet pasta dish! I didn't have any plum tomatoes, so i used Italian diced tomatoes. Cooked the rest of the recipe as stated! Everyone went for seconds or thirds. Highly recommended!!!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Great! I did a shrimp scampi first, set aside with the mushrooms, which was cooked & simmered with white wine. I used 8oz cream cheese and added milk & white wine to the sauce so it isn't so thick. All in all, an easy quick recipe!!!!

Great contrast in this recipe! The lemon & vinegar was a great addition. I used the same marinate for both chicken & pork. I honestly prefer this marinade for the pork.

These were delicious the way the recipe was written. I marinated them for 1 1/2 hours. The only thing i added was yellow onions & orange peppers. Great recipe!
