Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole
I made the recipe in half and it had way too much cheese. Will make it again for sure, but add less cheese to make the sauce a little more saucy. Might add a few red pepper flakes too.

Exquisite Yeastless Focaccia
Too much pepper. My boyfriend and I like hot and neither of us could eat the bread. I will make it again, but next time cut down the pepper and maybe add some spices to the bread itself. Was very easy and quick.

Tomato Alfredo
Super easy and tasty. Added garlic, Italian seasoning, and a few red pepper flakes. Will definitely make again.
