Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw
Very good coleslaw recipe! I usually prefer the creamy type. I was leary about the amount of sugar and also adding hot dressing to the cabbage as we like coleslaw crunchy but it was really good! The only thing I added was 1/4 tsp celery seed.

Rhubarb Relish
Very tasty especially with mild meats such as chicken or pork. The flavour of the finished product, due to the spices, reminded me somewhat of mincemeat. I always have an abundance of spring rhubarb so this is a keeper.

Rhubarb Stir Cake
I made this cake just as the recipe suggested but found I needed 5 additional minutes cooking time. Not too sweet, super moist with a slightly crisp sugar coating on the top. Really good I used 1/2 inch slices of rhubarb and will cut the rhubarb 1/4 inch next time. Definately a keeper!!
