Chocaroon Cake

I didn't have chocolate pudding so i added vanilla instead - It turned out fine. I wasnt that impressed but it was still a good cake.

Marrakesh Vegetable Curry

Great recipe! I cut back on the olive oil to reduce some of the fat and left out the spinach..and it was wonderful!! will make again!

Peanut Noodles

Great recipe! I used reduced fat - crunchy peanut butter and it turned out great. To add some color and crunch i thinly sliced a few cucumbers. It tasted even better the next day cold!
