I have always enjoyed cooking and have used this site for years! I'm excited to use all of the sites features. I have a three year old little boy and work full time. I cook lunch and dinner at least 3-4 days a week, and love having leftovers to take to work. I love to cook desserts and anything for guests. Every halloween I make pineapple upside down cake, and of course we have the traditional holiday meals. I finally figured out how to make the perfect steak!! Why didn't anyone ever tell me I had to take it out of the refridgerator a half hour before cooking?? Oh, there have been alot. The most recent, I asked my boyfriend to make this squash casserole for lunch. I printed the recipe (from this site) but didn't really read it...we ended up having a delicious super sweet dessert for lunch!! My son loved it but we were not as excited.
