I love this recipe. Simple, delicious flavors. It turned out perfectly on the first try.. I used half the amount of butter it asked for to make it healthier, but I'm pretty sure you don't need it at all. I added some crushed dried mint and I loved it!

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

Delicious and easy! It was my first time making steak, so I was a little nervous, but it turned out great. I marinated for 3 hours, and followed others' suggestions and reduced the remaining marinade and used it as a sauce. I didn't have mustard seed so I left it out, but my marinade and sauce turned out wonderfully. Highly recommended!

Heavenly Angel Food Cake

It turned out great, and I had never baked a cake before! It took a bit longer than expected to beat the egg whites (even with an electric mixer) but overall it was a hit. I topped it with a cream cheese/ whipped cream frosting and strawberries. Yummy!
