White Chocolate Fruit Tart
This tasted as good as/better than fruit tarts that I find at my local bakeries... and I'm not even a baker! The instructions are easy to follow, but it does take a lot of time because you have to wait for things to cool along the way. It seems pretty difficult to screw up, and the final product looks so elegant. Love this, and will make it again!

Mendi's Favorite Orzo
I love this recipe. Simple, delicious flavors. It turned out perfectly on the first try.. I used half the amount of butter it asked for to make it healthier, but I'm pretty sure you don't need it at all. I added some crushed dried mint and I loved it!

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade
Delicious and easy! It was my first time making steak, so I was a little nervous, but it turned out great. I marinated for 3 hours, and followed others' suggestions and reduced the remaining marinade and used it as a sauce. I didn't have mustard seed so I left it out, but my marinade and sauce turned out wonderfully. Highly recommended!
