Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks
This was fantastic! I used Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce and marinated the chicken for about 3 hours. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them into strips to cook faster. My husband was amazed at how good this chicken turned out! We will definitely use this recipe again.

Chocolate Fudge Pound Cake
Made this cake for a coworker's transfer party, and again to take on vacation. It was a big hit both times. One warning though, I tried it another time with the "whipped" canned icing, and it wasn't as good. This is now my go-to chocolate cake recipe!

Amish Sugar Cookies
These cookies are fantastic. Very easy to make with ingredients I always have on hand. They remind me of cookies that my grandmother and mother used to make, which they called "teacake cookies." This recipe is definitely a keeper!
