I love to cook a variety of things, as long as it looks good! I will not cook any type of seafood though. NOT a fan and never will be!

My husband say I cook better than his mother! Now that is saying something!

No tragedies so far! (except for that chicken dish my hubby and I hated!)

Mary's Meatloaf
I am making this for dinner tonight! I used all ingredients except for the milk and I also added some green pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese. I fried a bit in a skillet to try it (this is way different than my recipe) and it was fantastic! (even without the topping) I will update after dinner!

Bacon Baked Beans
These were delicious! I ommitted the Ketchup and they were still fantastic! My husband could not get enough! I had leftovers over toast with cheese this morning for breakfast!
