Excellent! Following previous recommendations, I added the butter and the salt when I was cooking the rice. I also added some of the warm rice mixture to the milk/egg mixture to make sure the egg didn't cook/scramble. I used skim milk, and added 1.5 tsp cornstarch to make it thicker. I also mixed in cinnamon and nutmeg. The nutmeg made all the difference for me! Delicious!
