Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables
I made this with rice noodles instead of linguine. I also added zucchini to the mix. My husband said he could eat it all day! Very tasty - and reheats well.

Kathy's Roast and Vegetables
Tender meat - though not fork tender - and tasty vegetables, but I'm not terribly impressed with the overall flavor and look of this meal.

Easy Skillet Chicken a la King
The recipe was totally bland. Throw in a few dashes of Tabasco, then we'll talk!
