I am a happily married mother of two. I just recently graduated with my Masters degree in Psychology and am staying home with my children. I finally have time to peruse my hobbies again and have found a new love in cooking! I love cooking main dishes and desserts. I really enjoy new recipes and different flavors. I love cooking Thanksgiving dinner and I have a fabulous stuffing recipe that has been handed down generation after generation. The problem is.. there is no written recipe or exact ingredients.. its a see and taste type of recipe. LIME PIE.. I have been experimenting and finally came up with a really good one! I tried dozens of different recipes and finally went off on my own and used what I liked and wow did it come out GREAT! I made Almond Biscotti once many years ago. My grandmother's recipe. I thought it said four cups of sugar (it actually said 1/4 cup of sugar), the outside looked perfect. It smelled heavenly. I cut into it and the inside was hollow and in the bottom of this hollow shell was a gooey sugary mess! I thought my Grandmother was going to die laughing!
