Did not care for this at all. Texture was odd and the taste a little over bearing.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
Very yummy and super easy to make and ever better, few ingredients needed. I had to add a little more milk to mine to get the batter right, and substituted 1/4c sugar with brown sugar because I ran out. Still turned out fab! It's a little more cake-y than what I usually make, but easy and yummy. Perfect for some last minute guests or a quick dessert after dinner.

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins

Very yummy recipe! After picking gallons of berries I needed a good recipe. I love that they are slightly crunch on the outside and light and fluffy inside. I agree with other posters, they did not rise up much while baking, so not the prettiest looking muffins, but they taste great!

Portuguese Sweet Bread I

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
Made as directed except I added a couple of tablespoons of honey. Did not warm any ingredients up and it turned out great. Was on the large side for my machine just barely grazing the top lid. Tastes just like the rolls from Bob Evans restaurants. Yum!

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

This bread turned out great! It is best served warm with some butter, but can be used for sandwiches and stuff as well. I followed the recipe except I also used old coffee instead of coffee granules.

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2009
This is a great sandwich bread. Nice and light bread that my kid will eat. Not a whole lot of overpowering taste to it, but I like my bread that way for sandwiches. I also upped the salt to 1 1/4 tsp. and used half whole wheat flour and half bread flour. You could probably add some spices or something to give it a bit more kick if you like your bread to have more of a taste to it.
