Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
Delicious! Like others I used it as a base. I used all of the listed ingredients but substituted a rounded tsp of ground cloves for the whole cloves. Also, I seeded my tomatoes and left skins on. Then I chopped them, the onion and two garlic cloves in a food processor. Cooked as stated then cooled and pureed in blender as I did not want to throw anything away. The only additional ingredient I added was fresh dill. I added the entire sleeve (outside of sleeve reads .66 oz/18 grams). I like the taste of fresh dill and got the idea from another recipe posted on this website.

Croutons
Delicious! I used a loaf of Costco's Fresh Garlic Bread and half butter/half olive oil; cubed the bread and put it in a large bowl; drizzled butter and olive oil on top and gently tossed with a spatula. After they were spread out on cookie sheet, I sprinkled grated parmesan cheese. We snacked on them - they never made it to the salad or gazpacho!

Cream of Pumpkin Soup
Delicious! Read other reviews and doubled the spices except for salt. I used low sodium/no msg chicken broth and only added 1/2 tsp salt to the recipe. Also, added 2 TB brown sugar with other spices. This will surely be a staple at our house!
