Mmm good! I didn't use cilantro, added Parsley instead. I used bought whole wheat corn chips instead of making my own. Also topped it with regular yogurt (like sour cream).

Playgroup Granola Bars

Not the best... not much taste. Maybe I should have used the original recipe instead of trying things mentined in the reviews. I added 1c applesauce, only 1/2 cut brown sugar and used whole wheat flour. If I make them again, I'll follow the recipe exactly to see how they turn out! My 3 year old wouldn't eat them.

Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

We used this for 2008 Thanksgiving turkey. It was really good. Do not lick your fingers after rubing on turkey, it's super hot! But it is not hot when it's on the turkey.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Very good. I used 1/2 c applesauce & 1/2 c oil. Also used 1 c whole wheat flour and only 2 c sugar. Added topping - 1/2c oats, 1/2c brown sugar, 1/4c flour, 1/4t cin, 1/4c butter.

Best Ziti Ever

I used turkey sausage, whole wheat pasta and 2% cheese. It turned out great. My husband, 3 year old and 1.5 year old ate it up! It does make a TON. I might think about reducing it to 1/2 next time. I might freeze some.

Saltine Toffee Cookies

These were really good. I used milk chocolate chips and they didn't melt very well. I even put them back into the oven for quite awhile. Next time I'll use semi-sweet chocolate or melt the chocolate and pour over the cookies. I will also use real butter next time. They were very tasty even if they didn't look very pretty.
