Lasagna Roll-Ups
My family loves these! I really enjoyed making them and will make them again. The only change I made was that I didn't use grated cheese, I tend to buy and use shredded Parmesan cheese - I think it adds more flavor, maybe it's me :) and I added it to the Mozzarella for the topping.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
These were a hit in my home! Excellent taste and a wonderful addition to our list of 'comfort foods'.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
This was sooo easy and fun to make, I had my girls (age 12 & 14) prepare most of it and to thier surprise - it turned out yummy!! The extra sharp cheddar cheese really makes a difference and we've experimented with several noodles - "Barilla Mini Bow Tie" is our favorite!
