Butter-Dipped Biscuit Squares
These were a big hit for my family! I followed the recipe, using self-rising flour substitute. I did make one change. The only flour I had at the time was whole wheat, so I gave it a try. It turned out really good. I'm thinking of mixing in cinnamon next time for a breakfasty version.

Blue Cheese Burgers
Very delicious!! I halved the recipe, since it was just the two of us. Normally my spouse isn't too enthused about blue cheese. I really like it, in moderation. The level of the blue cheese flavor was just right. We couldn't detect any of the hot pepper sauce, so I might add a bit more next time. Other than that, it was excellent! I cooked them on top of the stove in an All Clad skillet, so the patties browned up very nicely. Our tummies are full and we have big satisfied grins on our faces!

Easy Deviled Chicken
We love this! Even my 12 year old daughter really liked it and most of us know what kind of food critics tweenagers can be! I pretty much followed the recipe as it's written. The only thing I did that I'd change is that I used store brand stuffing mix, which was fairly coarse. I think it would have coated better if I would have crunched it into smaller crumbles. It was still very delicious!
