Thanks Meg, These cookies taste great! after reading the reviews I did switch the flour amount with the oats.(2 cups oats and 1 c. flour) and my 4 yr old granddaughter added the brown sugar to the dry mix, but everything turned out great..I turned the heat up to 350 and baked them for 14 min. made 24 nice size cookies... keep up the good work!

Thank you Jen, I use this with any and all my left over veggies, this recipe is great and my family love's it!!!!! With the price of meat going up this is worth it's weight in gold. I don't add the cheese, but place a slice on the burger after it is cooked. I fixed this for my neighbor and she thought it was real meat! Awesome.
