Coconut Poke Cake
I made this with coconut milk instead of the cream of coconut. I was worried it was going to be too runny so I added some flour and cooked the coconut milk/sweetened condensed milk in the microwave for four minutes. It made the mixture too thick. I will follow the directions verbatim next time. My family loved it. I will be making it again. The only think I didn't like was it was not very coconuty flavored. Two thumbs up!
