Baked Delicata Squash with Lime Butter
This was delicious. I didn't use as much chili powder since the kids don't like very spicey foods. Even hubby had seconds & he's not usually interested in squash.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Family enjoyed it, even the kids. I didn't read far enough in the directions (interpret as distracted by children) & combined all the ingredients together vs brushing w/ liquid then covering w/the crumb topping. It still tasted delicious, made sort f a crust on top. I didn't have fresh parsley so omitted that. I'll make this again.

Cedar Plank-Grilled Salmon with Garlic, Lemon and Dill
My first attempt to plank grill, and trying to get the family to eat more salmon. HUGE success! My hubby has asked for it 2 times since I first made it. Usually can't get him to have more than 5 bites when I make salmon. The second time I made it, I coated chicken breasts w/ the same 'marinade' and grilled them next to the fish. Yummy too. It made the best chicken salad the next day.
