I am learning to cook after many years of eating out and spending GOBS of money on food I didn't really enjoy...I want my kids to grow up eating home cooked meals...well at least "semi-home" cooked meals...LOL! I LOVE Mexican food...Anything that includes tortillas, cheese, and meat... Cooking enchiladas with my momma I am now learning to cook with more "fresh" ingredients. Putting broccoli in the slow cooker w/chicken...it was REALLY done!!
