I loved this! The whip cream center means it isn't that sweet and it was just light, fluffy, and delicious!

This cake did taste good, but it was a little odd. It was sort of chewy and had pockets in it that reminded me of a sponge. I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but I probably wouldn't make it again.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Very good cookies. I agree with the others, up your flour by 1/2 cup, a dash of extra baking soda, and don't add that much salt. I found that overmixing was a bad idea, so I combined the chocolate chips and oats before I added it to the batter.

Black Chocolate Cake

I've made this cake at least 20 times, and I've never had it turn out badly once. I melt the butter in the hot water, then throw everything into my kitchenaid mixer and let it go for 10 min. I dump it into a pan 9 x 13 pan and let it bake for the allotted time. It comes out great. I wouldn't change a thing.

Apple Coffee Cake With Brown Sugar Sauce

It was good. I left the nuts out of the crust and I baked it for the full 1 hour and 20 minutes, the last 20 I covered it in foil. It turned out perfectly, not overbaked, and was quite yummy with vanilla bean ice cream.

Hot Dog Men

Very funny to serve to the kids, although they were very unsure about biting off his head. I put shredded cheese by his head for hair, and served it with cheesy spaghetti.
