Classic Dinner Rolls
Nice, light rolls..just like you would expect from a homemade, yeast roll! Very easy to make. I used my Kitchen Aid mixer to do the mixing and kneading before I let it rest.

BLT Salad
This salad was really good. Like a lot of the other reviewers said, the dressing was REALLY garlic-y and I will probably reduce by half next time. I will also take others' suggestion and maybe use half mayo and half sour cream for a lighter dressing. I added cooked rotini pasta and some cooked chicken to make it a complete meal and my family loved it!

Fruited Lemon Gelatin Salad
This is very similar to one that my Aunt makes for holidays- except she uses ginger ale instead of the lemon-lime soda, puts sliced bananas, pineapple and minimarshmallows in the jello (the marshmallows float to the top creating a different layer) instead of the oranges and grapes. She also uses cool whip instead of the heavy cream. It's my favorite and wouldn't be a holiday without it!
