What a great idea! Everyone, including my husband who had already decided he wasn't going to like them, loved them. I used smaller amounts of cookie dough per cupcake just as a preference and they turned out really yummy. I did not use an icing as I thought they were good enough without it. Thanks for sharing your recipe LTH!!
