Shrimp Scampi Bake
This was very easy to make. I took it to a dinner party. Everyone loved it. I should have made a double batch because it went over so well.

Quick Angel Hair with Basil Cream for One
This recipe is so quick and delicious. I doubled the recipe and added a pound of shrimp. AWESOME!!! It's now the household favorite. Side note: the sauce was a little runny so I added about a cup of mozzarella cheese. PERFECT!
