Penne a la Vodka II
This was very good. My sauce kept reducing so I added 1 can of tomato sauce. I used one cup heavy cream. For a little bit of a kick I added a dash of red pepper flakes, one small whole onion diced and a dash of nutmeg.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Fabulous! I also added 1 tsp instant coffee to bring out the chocolatey flavour. 4 days later, the cookies are almost all gone and still very soft and wonderful!

Beet, Walnut and Prune Salad
This was not my favorite salad. Perhaps because I omitted the mayo.
