This is incredible. All you have to do is follow the basics and modify as you wish and it'll turn out great. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom but also added 1 can of cream of celery because my husband and I both hate anything mushroom related. I put a flour and spice mixture (rosemary, garlic salt, oregano) over the roast and seered it on the pan to brown all the sides. With the soups in the cooker I also added about 3 cups of water with beef bouillon, parsley, seasoned salt, carrots, celery, onion, potatoes. It is an easy recipe and one you can modify according ot your own tastes. Next time I might add some Bisquik dumplings on top following the recipe for them from the Bisquik box.
