Sausage Casserole
I have made this for numerous brunches and potlucks, and everyone always wants the recipe! It is delicious and very quick to throw together. I do saute the onions with the sausage, though, as I am afraid of getting a raw onion taste.

Peanut Butter Pie 2000
I have another peanut butter pie recipe but couldn't find it when I was making my grocery list, so I used this one. It is MUCH better, lighter, and creamier than the one I was used to! I think the difference is whipping the cream cheese before adding the powdered sugar. In any case, I used a granola crust, and layered the bottom with melted chocolate chips before pouring in the filling. Everyone wanted seconds!

Yam Casserole
Leftovers - what leftovers? I have a big family Christmas at my house, but in the past, almost the whole sweet potato casserole would be leftover. Not this year! It was practically licked clean and everyone raved and asked for the recipe. I did substitute regular corn flakes for the frosted because that was what I had on hand, but otherwise followed it to the letter. Thank you for bringing sweet potatoes back to our holiday gathering!
