Rye Beer Bread
I'm note sure what I did wrong, but my bread never rose. It could have been a yeast problem or a temperature problem. I used Guiness Extra Stout, and the flavor was strong, but good. The bread was obviously too dense, but still edible. I may try again.

Amish White Bread
I followed this recipe exactly, and it came out wonderful. I made it for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it! Thanks for the recipe!

No Bake Cookies III
I altered this recipe to make it dairy free for my son who is very allergic. I substituted butter flavored shortening for the margarine and vanilla soy milk for the milk in the same amounts. I made it according the recipe otherwise and they turned out great. Almost as good as the original. Set up great and everything. Thanks for the recipe!
