Southwestern/Tex-Mex, Italian, New Orleans anything, desserts, drinks, biscotti, potatoes, anything deep-fried, anything spicy, breakfast foods. My family uses traditional Southern cooking methods and ingredients. I love making breakfast foods. I grew up on country ham, biscuits and gravy lol, etc. Everyone liking my biscotti and chocolate mousse, making a great grilled jerk chicken, making a really good pan of hot cocoa, making tempura. My ruined pan of gravy, my scorched all to hell saucepan of pudding.
