Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Oh my goodness! These cookies are GREAT!!! They looked so beautiful coming out of the oven and tasted wonderful. I followed the recipe to the T (minus the sifting my 4 year old daughter "Stirred" it while I mixed the rest) and they were perfect. I usually find a way to mess up chocolate cookies so this is now my go-to recipe.

Sandy's Casserole
My family LOVED this recipe. This is the second time I have made this. I did follow some advice of others when making this. I only had one can of cream of chicken so I used that and one can of cream of mushroom soup. I added about 1/3 cup extra milk, about 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed veggies, couple dashes of pepper and oregano. I baked at 350 for 40 minutes covered with tinfoil (stirring after 20 minutes) then removed the foil, stirred again, topped with 3/4 c of the cheese and baked again for another 15-20 minutes. It turned out perfectly. The noodles were cooked by doing this without the need to precook them. This is a great basic recipe that you can change to the likings of your family.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair
My family loved this recipe! I didn't give it 5 stars just cuz I made some changes to it. I doubled the recipe (I wanted left over sauce for another recipe) After reading some reviews, I added some Italian Seasoning and Oregano. I also used 2- 28oz canned tomatoes. I drained the 1st one and put the other in. When I got the sauce done, I noticed it was a bit runny for my taste. So I added a bit of cornstarch to thicken it some. This was fabulous and I plan on adding it to our menu more often. Thanks for the recipe!
