Heavenly Zucchini Salad

I really enjoyed this! I never thought about eating raw zucchini. I especially liked the dressing.

I made this soup tonight and all of my friends ate it up!! I did not use any sausage because my friend is a vegetarian and it was pretty good, but I would like to try it again with meat. I think we were missing some flavor.

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos

I made these for a backyard party and they were great! I did not boil the peppers first. Once I removed the seeds and baked them they were not too hot. Be sure to wear rubber gloves when you seed the peppers! YUM YUM YUM!
