Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

Ok, I hate it when people change the recipe and then rate it, but I used what I had in the house. It was cream of mushroom, broccoli, corn and chicken topped with prepared stove top. A little mushy, but SO GOOD!!!

What do you mean 18 servings???? I thought this made 4? :) I did use pie filling instead and added cinnamon and a little vanilla. Excellent recipe! Always tasty!

I make these all the time. I use stuffing mix instead of bread crumbs, but otherwise this is the same recipe. YUM! They also freeze well!

Baked Potato Soup

This soup was very good, but very salty. I would leave out the salt since there is some in the broth and the bacon and let people season to taste when it is served. I mixed in the cheese and a couple tablespoons of sour cream which gave this soup the baked potato flavor. Also, I used fat free evaporated milk instead of cream. It was still very thick and rich

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

This was great!!! I wanted BBQ and this really hit the stop. I made a smaller batch so it was really cooked by the time I got home because of the size of the crockpot, but it was still great. I scooped the chicken and veggies out and shredded it up and ate it on a roll with purple cabbage slaw on top and it was WONDERFUL!!!

Butternut Squash Bisque

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This came out so well. The last zucchini bread I made was like a brick, but this was really nice. I only used half a cup of oil and substituted the rest for water and it still came out great.
