Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls
This was great!!! I didn't have corn flakes, I'll try that next time. I spread pre-made pesto sauce on chicken before I put in the ham & cheese---turned out great. You really don't taste the pesto sauce just gives it lillte bit of a different taste.

Beef Stroganoff III
I took some suggestions from Beezlys review. I added the worcestershire sauce, mustard and the cream cheese. However I didn,t marinate the meat as she suggested, I just added it at the end. I also have a suggestion, not the sauce, that was fantastic!!! The meat I used was boneless beef shirt steak. This meast is always tender, so you don,t need to cook the dish for an hour. Enjoy
