I have been making this recipe for about a year now and LOVE it! I follow the recipe exactly. I always make batches ahead of time and freeze them then bring them out around the holidays. I have used all different tpyes of cups for the center, caramel cups, mint chocolate etc and they are all great.

I have been making this recipe for a few years now and I have friends request it all the time. I usually add 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips to mine or some cream cheese banana frosting. I make it is a 4 loaf mini loaf pan and freeze the extra's. They freeze and thaw very well. I usually use about 6 bananas. I freeze my bananas first and thaw them for a few hours. They are very gross looking but thaw as much so it makes the mashing SO easy.

I made this cake twice in a weekend for birthday's and it was a hit! I made the cake as directed but instead of the chocolate topping I put real whip cream and mixed it with mini chcoclate chips. This cake came out very moist and very tasty.
